6YL series oil press is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. 6YL series screw oil press machine have strong pressing structure and automatic heating system for highest oil output. Different from traditional small oil screw press, 6YL-95 oil press machine adds an automatic heater to increase the oil output rate by hot extrusion. This automatic oil press machine is ideal for vegetable oil making, both of small oil pressing workshops and medium-scale oil extrusion factory.

“Dingsheng”brand oil press is composed of such components as electric control system,hot pressing, adjustment, driving parts and vacuum oil filter.

1,The squeezing worms is made of alloy steel treated by carburization to improve its surface hardness and wear resistance;
2,The squeezing bars are grinded by surface grinder to ensure the accuracy of oil thread and improve oil extraction rate;
3,The oil press machine is controlled by electric control cabinet, automatic heating, labor saving, safe and convenient;
4,The surface of machine are treated by stainless steel and chromium plating technology in accordance with the standards of food hygiene.
5,Gearbox gear adopts special bevel gear and coupling gear design, low load, less consumption, low noise.
6,The oil press can be equipped with a automatic roaster, the heat source is coal, diesel and natural gas. The oil yield can be increased after cooking.
